Refund Eligibility Refund requests are eligible within 7 days of purchase, provided that: No digital content has been accessed, viewed, downloaded, or consumed (including videos, workbooks, recordings, course modules, or resources) No live session, workshop, audit, or coaching call has been attended or delivered. Once access or participation has occurred, the purchase becomes non-refundable. 2. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please email support@sonalipednekar.com within the 7-day window with the following details: Full Name Registered Email Address Transaction ID / Payment Reference Brief reason for the refund request Incomplete requests may delay processing. 3. Refund Processing Timeline Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Any payment gateway or processing charges, if applicable, may be deducted 4. Non-Refundable Services Refunds will not be provided in the following cases: Digital content has been accessed, downloaded, or consumed Live sessions, workshops, audits, or consulting calls have been attended 1-to-1 coaching or consulting services once scheduled or delivered Customised or personalised services of any kind 5. Cancellation & Rescheduling (1-to-1 Services) Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance Missed sessions or late cancellations are treated as completed services No refunds are provided for no-shows or late cancellations 6.
